Garth Wireless Accessories are shipped out within 24 hours of being ordered with exception of high volume sales periods such as weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs vary depending on the method of shipping selected at check-out.
Standard Shipping and handling is free on all accessories orders of $30 and higher.

Returns & Replacements

14 Day Refund or Exchange
All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at info@garthwireless.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA", and the address for return.

To start your return, simply package the product(s) up and please include a note with your tracking number. Ship the product(s) to be returned with trackable means to the below address. Your credit card will be credited within seven business days of receipt.

1.  If you are not satisfied with a product sold by Garth Wireless for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 14 days of delivery.

2.  Merchandise must be sent back in its original "LIKE NEW" packaging  and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces or you will be charged a restocking fee.

3.  Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

4.  The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number.

5.  Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on it will not be processed, and may be refused or returned!

6.  We invoice your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process refunds to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.

7.  Any product missing, worn out, scratches, damaged, will not be credited.
